These Terms & Conditions govern your use of InstaProfile, a marketplace where creators sell digital content — including photos, videos, audio, PDFs, and bundles — to buyers through a single profile link.

1. Eligibility. You must be 18 years or older to use InstaProfile as a creator or a buyer. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts. Creators create a profile, upload content, and set their own prices. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or break these terms.

3. Content ownership. Creators own the content they upload. By uploading, a creator grants InstaProfile a limited license to display, preview, and deliver that content to paying buyers, and to use thumbnails for promotion of the creator's own profile. Creators confirm they own, or have the rights to sell, everything they upload, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

4. Digital content and instant access. All products on InstaProfile are digital. After a successful payment, access is delivered instantly on the site and a private access link is also sent to the buyer's email. Buyers can view purchased content in My Purchases at any time. Because delivery is instant, please check the title, preview, and price carefully before paying.

5. Payments. Buyers pay by card, bank, Apple Pay, PayPal (where available), or UPI (for buyers in India). Payments made in USD are converted automatically to USDT for creator payouts, as shown at checkout. Prices are shown in USDT unless a local currency total is shown at checkout. InstaProfile charges the platform fee shown in the creator dashboard. Creator earnings are held for 7 days before withdrawal, to allow for fraud and payment checks.

6. Prohibited content and conduct. No illegal content, no content involving minors, no non-consensual content, no spam, no fraud, and no attempt to bypass payment or access controls. Violations lead to content removal, withholding of earnings where required, and permanent account termination.

7. Identity verification. Creators must verify their identity before selling or withdrawing. We review applications manually and may ask for additional information at any time.

8. Liability. InstaProfile is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.

9. Changes and termination. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies at the time of your purchase. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. If you disagree with these terms, please do not use the site.
