1. What we collect. When you use InstaProfile, we collect: account details (name, email address, and profile information you provide); creator information (display name, bio, profile photo, and identity verification documents submitted for approval); content you upload and purchase; transaction records (amount, payment method type, and payment status — we do not store full card numbers); and technical data (device type, browser, approximate location from IP address, and pages visited) needed to run and secure the site.

2. How we use your data. We use your data to: operate the marketplace and deliver purchased digital content; process payments and creator payouts; verify creator identity and prevent fraud; provide customer support; send purchase receipts, access links, and important account notices; and improve the site. We do not use your content for advertising without your permission.

3. How we store your data. Data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers. Passwords are hashed, sessions are encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to personal data is limited to staff who need it to operate the service. Identity verification documents are used only for approval and fraud checks and are not shared publicly.

4. Sharing. We never sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with: payment processors (to complete a transaction); fraud-prevention and hosting providers (to run the site securely); and authorities, only when required by law. Payment processors receive only the information needed to process your payment.

5. Cookies. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your purchases, and secure your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies to track you across other websites.

6. Retention. We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as long as required for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes. Content you delete from your profile is removed from public view; backup copies may remain for a limited period for security and legal reasons.

7. Your rights. You may request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to legal and accounting retention requirements. To make a request, email dhakerbabufbid@gmail.com from the email address on your account.

8. Children. InstaProfile is for adults only (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and any such account will be removed.

9. Changes. If we change this policy, the updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
